GLOBEIS Journal: Global Business Ecosystem and Innovation Studies is committed to maintaining academic integrity and originality in scholarly publication. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must be original works of the authors and must not contain plagiarism, duplicate publication, improper paraphrasing, unattributed materials, or any form of academic misconduct.
Every submitted manuscript may be checked using similarity detection software before entering the review stage. The editorial team will evaluate the similarity report to identify possible plagiarism, excessive similarity, inappropriate citation, or overlap with previously published works. Similarity from references, commonly used terminology, institutional names, and properly cited quotations may be considered acceptable when it does not indicate unethical duplication.
Manuscripts with significant similarity, copied text, unattributed data, duplicated figures, reused tables, or substantial overlap with published or unpublished works may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all sources, ideas, data, tables, figures, and direct or indirect quotations are properly cited according to the journal’s reference style.
Self-plagiarism is also prohibited. Authors must not submit manuscripts that substantially reproduce their own previously published work without proper citation and clear scholarly justification. Any manuscript derived from a thesis, dissertation, conference paper, report, or previous publication must be clearly acknowledged and must provide substantial development, new analysis, or additional contribution.
If plagiarism or unethical duplication is discovered after publication, the journal may issue a correction, statement of concern, or retraction, depending on the seriousness of the case. Authors are expected to cooperate with the editorial team in resolving any plagiarism-related concerns. The journal reserves the right to reject submissions, withdraw accepted manuscripts, or retract published articles that violate this policy.
